In our department, we manage apprentices, working students and the International Graduate Program. In addition to organizing events in-house and on campus, you can also support exciting HR projects. What You Will Do

• support the implementation of our Young Talents roadmap
• organize internal and external events such Future Day, Girls in ICT or university events
• collaborate in different projects like the “SIX Bridge” Mentoring Program
• support the program owner to recruit our new Young Talents (CV screening, interviews and assessments)
• provide ad-hoc support for the Young Talents team

What You Bring

• Current studies (bachelor or master) preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar
• Enjoy working with (young) people and an interest in the HR environment
• Initial experience of working in projects
• proactive, creative but also structured mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• very good verbal and written skills in German and English
