We are looking for a flexible and committed individual to join our reception team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our visitors and ensure a smooth and welcoming reception experience. Additionally, you will coordinate travel bookings and support the introduction of a new travel tool

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and looking after visitors: You are the first point of contact for our visitors and make them feel welcome
• Telephone switchboard: You will answer calls and forward them professionally and efficiently to the relevant colleagues
• Organising travel bookings: You coordinate travel bookings in collaboration with an external travel agency and take on the introduction of a new travel tool
• Catering orders: You will be responsible for organising and ordering catering for internal and external events
• General administrative support: You will support the team with various administrative tasks and thus contribute to the smooth running of the office
• Project management: Lead exciting projects globally related to reception and visitor management

Hardskills

• Completed training in the commercial sector or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a reception role or similar position
• Solid knowledge in organizing business travel and experience with travel tools
• Negotiation skills, ideally with hotels and service providers
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent German and English skills
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Strong organizational abilities and a structured working style, even in dynamic situations
• Self-reliant, discreet, and reliable
• Enthusiastic about new challenges, team-oriented, and open-minded
