Software Systems Engineer - Business Support Services

• As a member of the Business Support Services Technology team, you will shape the further development of our services and products
• In close collaboration with business stakeholders and the engineering team, you will be engaged in the full product life cycle from requirement engineering to decommissioning
• Work on business objectives and engineer the path from requirement specification, analysis, design, implementation, integration, test to a deployed product
• Analyze today's systems, processes and interfaces make a significant contribution in their standardizing and harmonization
• Create, automate and actively participate in the end-to-end functional and non-functional testing activities of projects/products
• Responsible for the Operations of our key products in close collaboration with KPMG Global
• Develop, integrate and support our key CRM system based on MS Dynamics 365
• Leverage your cloud expertise and CI/CD experience to drive the transition and support of on-premises services to the cloud. Develop, manage and maintain interfaces between systems
• Join our continuous efforts to improve our agile practices and processes, to apply industry standards aligned software engineering practices

This is what makes you successful

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar
• 3+ years of experience in the field of software engineering / development with strong focus on workflows, data, integration, and operational qualities
• Experience in Agile, Lean and DevOps based delivery models; practical knowledge of Azure DevOps
• Experience in cloud technology ecosystem
• net (C#), SQL is required, MS Dynamcis 365 knowledge is a plus
• Skills in automated focused testing and quality assurance practices. Hands on experience in code, design, and operational quality (NFRs)
• Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes is a plus
• Self-motivating and self-guiding personality. Ability to communicate with business, development, and architect stakeholders
• Driven and passionate about delivering business value outcome
• Professional English is a must
