WinGD changed the SAP system from R3 to S4/Hana. To get the full benefit out of S4/Hana, we need to further align S4/Hana to the changing business needs of our company and improve processes and usability of the system. You will play a central role in connecting business needs and technology to fully leverage the capabilities of the S4/Hana solutions. Here are some of the key roles:
Responsibilities:
Stabilizing the SAP/HANA system and introducing new business processes
Organizing and managing KeyUsers for the individual SAP HANA modules
Developing a comprehensive support concept for the SAP/HANA system
Providing support and training for end-users in dealing with SAP Fiori
Coordinating external service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Experience in leading SAP projects, particularly in the area of SAP HANA
Deep understanding of the SAP HANA architecture and associated business processes
Strong skills in process optimization and change management
Experience in training and supporting end-users, preferably with SAP Fiori
Pronounced communication and coordination skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and external providers
English: speaking and writing
German of advantage
Residence in Switzerland is required
