Tasks

• As part of our team, your goal is to set the right flight steering parameters to achieve the optimal price at the right time
• You are responsible for the revenue generated on a subset of touristic routes. You decide, set and execute the best steering strategy for your routes
• You will dive into our data to analyse our customer-s behaviour and create the demand forecast to match the observed patterns
• You will shape SWISS- & Edelweiss future in collaboration and coordination with other teams throughout the organisation
• You derive improvement measures for your routes, implement and monitor them
• You give inputs on how to improve our systems, processes and push for innovation where needed
• You prepare and give persuasive presentations for peers, interfaces, and superiors

Requirements

• You possess a University degree in economics, business administration, or similar education

• You are passionate about aviation and believe that mobility plays an important role in a globally interlinked world, connecting people and cultures

• You know how to work with state-of-the-art software

• You have excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills. In addition you know how to manipulate data including experience in data analysis. Skills in using such tools as e.g. Excel, Python would be an asset

• You have worked with Powerpoint and are well-versed in preparing presentations for upper management

• Your goal is to work in highly motivated team and to be an essential part of it by using your strong interpersonal & social skills

• You are a person with entrepreneurial mind-set and you know how to deal with complex subjects

• You like to work in hybrid work environment and are flexible to support other team members when needed

• You enjoy communicating in English and as an asset in German
