Project Assistant (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks:
- Supporting the project management (e.g. scheduling, taking minutes)
- Creation of reports, presentations and project status documents
- Maintenance and management of project plans and schedules
- Organisation of internal meetings and events, as well as internal communication and coordination with other areas
- Organisation of UATs (User Acceptance Test), as well as ensuring the documentation of test results
- Preparation of various analyses and statistics

Qualifikationen
What you bring with you:
- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with further training in project management
- Initial experience in supporting projects and test management or in the administrative area
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Confident handling of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in organising and coordinating meetings and events
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
