Proficiency in genomics screens (pooled and/or arrayed) and single cell techniques.
Solid bioinformatic skills (Unix, R and/or Python), including experience analyzing and visualizing single cell RNA-seq data and/or genomics screens.
An exceptional record of accomplishments that demonstrate innovation, productivity and capability to work in a constantly evolving, collaborative and interdisciplinary research structure.
Demonstrated ability to hands-on contribute to projects that answer key questions in areas involving target identification, cell signaling pathway dissection and/or disease biology understanding.
Comfortable with working at the bench in a wet/dry lab environment
Desired requirements
Hands-on experience with CROP-/Perturb-seq design, execution and analysis.
Understanding of statistical human genetics and experience with functionalization of disease-associated variation.
Experience with complex cellular systems, including iPS-derived cultures.
