The Opportunity
Work on exciting technology risk projects with leadership roles at some of the largest Swiss banks, asset management and insurance companies.
- Gain insight into state-of-the-art IT environments and our established practices based on global methodologies
- Learn frontline thought leadership in response to today's changing marketplace, ever-increasing regulatory requirements and new digital challenges
- Grow your expertise with each project alongside our partners and mentor less experienced consultants
- You will have the opportunity to work with people from all over Europe and the world
Your most important tasks
- Your focus is on technology risk consulting, information security and IT risk management for banks, asset managers and insurance companies
- You will work on projects on current topics such as digital resilience, cloud risk management, third party management, data management, transformation, and artificial intelligence.
- In addition, you will take on tasks in the areas of technology risk assurance in terms of internal controls as well as risk and compliance management
- As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex projects with various internal and external stakeholders
- You further develop our consulting services and thereby contribute significantly to the strategic development of the team
- You actively doing go-to-market and acquire consulting mandates as well as audit-related additional services for our financial services and insurance clients
Skills and qualities for success
What you bring with you:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration or (business) information technology is a prerequisite, relevant certifications (e.g. CISA, CRISC, etc.) round off your profile
- Relevant experience (min. 5 years) in the areas of Technology Risk such as IT Risk, Governance and Compliance, Digital and Cyber Resilience, Cloud Risk Management, Transformation Risk, Artificial Intelligence Risk or similar
- Sound organisational and technical knowledge in the area of technology risk, including experience with relevant security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIST, etc.)
- A must: Passion for consulting and technology risk issues and proven entrepreneurial skills
- Experience in the areas of leadership, team mentoring, customer and project management
- Success factors that will get you ahead with us: Ability to work in a team, determination, readiness for action and a quick grasp of things
- As an international company, we require German and English (fluent)
