Join our team as Lead of Identity Management (ICT
Identity) and help shape the secure digital future of Axpo. In this
strategic role, you will lead the design, implementation, and operation of our
group-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment. You’ll drive
cloud-first transformation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support Axpo’s
digitalization strategy — all while leading a skilled international team.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop the
  Corporate Identity Management team, consisting of internal and external
  experts.
  
  
  
  
  
• Drive the strategic evolution
  of IAM systems across the organization, including authentication,
  authorization, and lifecycle management of digital identities.
  
  
  
  
  
• Ensure highly secure and
  efficient hybrid operations for IAM infrastructure (AD, EntraID), in
  collaboration with external service providers and internal teams.
  
  
  
  
  
• Act as the central point of
  contact for all identity and access-related topics, both within IT and
  across the business.
  
  
  
  
  
• Support the definition and
  implementation of IT architecture in alignment with the enterprise
  architecture and overall cloud strategy.
  
  
  
  
  
• Champion key cloud-native
  principles like Zero Trust and Any-to-Any Integration.
  
  
  
  
  
• Shape and represent
  technological requirements within committees (Architecture Board, Demand
  Board, etc.).
  
  
  
  
  
• Strengthen the cloud
  landscape through meaningful transformations and innovative development.
  
  
  
  
  
• Ensure compliance with
  internal and external regulatory frameworks (GRC, security, audit).
  

What you bring & who you are:

• 
  
  
  
  
  
• Degree in business or
  information technology (or similar), with 10+ years of experience in IT
  organizations.
  
  
  
  
  
• Deep expertise in Microsoft
  Azure, Active Directory, and identity & access management systems;
  experience with M365 is a plus.
  
  
  
  
  
• Solid understanding of IT
  security in cloud services, especially around risk-based, secure-by-design
  strategies.
  
  
  
  
  
• Proven experience in leading
  and developing high-performing teams.
  
  
  
  
  
• Strong analytical,
  solution-oriented mindset with high levels of reliability and
  independence.
  
  
  
  
  
• Passion for digital
  transformation and staying ahead in the dynamic cloud space.
  
  
  
  
  
• Skilled communicator with a
  customer-focused approach and experience working in global, agile teams.
  
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
