Your tasks:

• Planning, performing, and meticulously documenting small-scale experiments in compliance with laboratory standards
• Characterizing materials using advanced analytical methods within the scope of the Materials Science Unit
• Documenting experimental procedures and observations, evaluating and interpreting raw data to provide insight into routine analytical results
• Refining and optimizing established methods and procedures, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency
• Operating specialized laboratory equipment, including tools for screening, lab automation, and online analytics
• Acting as a key user for designated instruments, scheduling and performing routine maintenance to ensure operational readiness

Your experience/knowledge:

• Demonstrated experience in small-scale material handling, screening, and solid processing technologies
• Proficiency in advanced materials characterization techniques, with a strong foundation in analytical methodologies
• In-depth understanding of HSE requirements, ensuring safe and conscientious work practices within the lab environment
• Experience with data and digital applications in a laboratory setting would be a plus
• University degree in Analytics, Chemistry, Formulation, Materials Science or related field
• Language skills: English – fluent
• Your soft skills:
• Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
• A high degree of self-organisation and time management
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
