The Innovation Runway drives innovation at Lufthansa Group, bringing together ideas, implementers, and resources to accelerate innovation. We’re a dynamic team based in Vienna, Zurich, and Frankfurt, dedicated to building a vibrant innovation community.

We’re looking for an intern to join us on this exciting journey! In our team you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the planning and organization of events like the Innovation Roadshow, networking lunches, and online webinars: this may include liaising with speakers and panellists, managing event registration and attendee communication, coordinating logistics, and helping set up event spaces.
• Supporting internal communication initiatives: focusing on drafting copy for intranet, posts, newsletters, and presentations, as well as brainstorming creative storytelling ideas to further awareness of our innovation strategy.

• Enthusiasm for innovation, aviation, and technology.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, including drafting articles and promotional materials.
• Experience with coordinating and organizing events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence in working with diverse, international teams and stakeholders.
