      Medi24 is a telemedicine competency center with the status of a Swiss medical practice. We employ over 250 doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical practice assistants who conduct teleconsultations, provide medical advice, and offer 24/7 phone services for emergency and practice calls.

      Position Overview:

      Medi24 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development and Partner Management to lead the transformation of our business development and partner management functions. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and nurturing excellent customer relationships across key sectors, including health insurance companies, cantons, hospitals, medical practices, physician networks, and end customers/patients. As a key player in Medi24-s growth, you will monitor industry trends, including the evolution of the IT landscape and shifting customer needs, positioning Medi24 as a market leader in Switzerland.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Sales Management: Lead the sales efforts for Medi24, focusing on acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling to drive growth.
      • Key Account Management: Oversee the relationship management of key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, post-sales support, and regular reporting.
      • Product Management: Manage the development and innovation of Medi24-s product portfolio, from product lifecycle management to identifying new opportunities.
      • External Communications: Develop and execute strategies for press relations, social media engagement, campaigns, and events to elevate the Medi24 brand.
      • Sales Controlling & Forecasting: Ensure accurate sales forecasting, performance analysis, and sales process development for Medi24.
      • Special Projects: Lead special projects with external business partners to expand Medi24-s reach and market influence.

      Required Experience:

      • 5-7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, with a proven track record in business development.
      • Previous experience in the Health Insurance industry is a plus.

      Required Education & Certifications:

      • Commercial education or a bachelor-s degree in Business Administration.
      • Further education in sales/marketing is highly advantageous.

      Languages:

      • Proficient in German, French, and English.
