The role will be part of our global Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) advisory unit and will work closely with the Cyber ZRS teams, Cyber Underwriting teams on global, regional, and local levels, as well as brokers and customers
You will play a pivotal role in continuing our journey towards offering cyber resilience risk solutions to organisations and developing Zurich Resilience Solutions as a trusted brand in this space. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the future of our Cyber Resilience risk solutions consultancy
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and promote the Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) Cyber Services proposition with a primary focus on cybersecurity
Actively support and promote ZRS propositions in other consultancy domains, identifying and leveraging cross-selling opportunities
Represent and promote Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) at events where cybersecurity is a topic of discussion
Drive internal cybersecurity-related projects to contribute to digital transformation and improve internal methodologies and tools
Support business development activities, including writing and presenting proposals to potential clients
Build strong client relationships by listening, establishing credibility, and gaining trust
Design and assist clients in achieving adequate levels of information security maturity
Offer guidance and support to customers in carrying out cyber risk management and advising on risk mitigation and cyber strategy development
Organize and orchestrate service delivery projects involving ZRS staff and vendor partners, and provide technical advice to cyber underwriters and other stakeholders as a subject matter expert on cyber risk management
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Degree in Cybersecurity with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
Relevant experience in the audit and assessment of cyber risks
Experience in strategic consulting, working within a security team, and/or as a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
Strong knowledge in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance
Familiarity with cybersecurity assessment frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, CIS, and regulatory frameworks like NIS2 or DORA
Experience in leading and delivering information security governance services, either as a consultant or within a corporate cybersecurity team
Proven experience in coaching cybersecurity associates and building reliable relationships with customers, including presales and sales experience
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on mentality, curiosity, innovation, and motivation
Business Proficiency in English, and experience with data protection laws such as GDPR
CISSP and/or CISM certifications are preferred but not required
Experience in cyber insurance is helpful but not required
