About the role:
Would you like to be our Customer Service Support Specialist? At our company will be pivotal in providing high-quality service and hospitality to our notable clientele. This role requires the individual to uphold the company-s high service standards and to anticipate unique client needs. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in enhancing our client-s customer experience.

This role will require an individual comfortable with flexible work hours as part of a 50% work schedule and should ideally live within a 30-minute radius of Basel airport to accommodate early morning and/or late evening and weekend assignments when necessary.
