Chef de Rang - Breakfast (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities 

• Professional and friendly service for our international guests
• Sound advice on food and drinks at the highest level
• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly within the team
• Responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of the service areas
• Active support in creating an unforgettable guest experience

Your responsibilities 

• Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• Experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Language skills: German and English are required; any other language is a plus
• Excellent technical knowledge and strong service orientation
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanour
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure, even in stressful situations
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
