• In Ihrer Tätigkeit sind Sie verantwortlich für eine exzellente Beratung unserer Endkunden / Kunden und für den Verkauf unserer luxuriösen Produkte
• Repräsentation der Marke La Prairie, ihrer Werte und Vision
• Kompetente und professionelle Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen lokalen und internationalen Kunden am Standort
• Verstehen der Kundenbedürfnisse durch aktives Zuhören
• Erläuterung und Demonstration der Produkte und der Anwendungsmethoden anhand der La Prairie Art of Service und Art of Beauty Rituale
• Verwöhnen unserer Kunden durch unsere einzigartigen und luxuriösen Kurz-Behandlungen
• Vermitteln der Historie der Marke La Prairie, der Innovations- Expertise und der Werte der Marke durch Storytelling
• Aufbau einer loyalen Stammkundschaft und aktive Pflege dieser wertvollen Kundenbeziehungen
• Durchführung von Kundenbindungsaktivitäten (CRM) und Sammlung und Pflege von Kundendaten
• Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Zielerreichung und enger Austausch mit dem Retail Manager
• Sicherstellung der Umsetzung unserer Visual Merchandising Richtlinien

IHRE QUALIFIKATION:

• Ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Retail und die Luxusindustrie
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit und der Beratung von anspruchsvollen Kunden in der Luxusbranche
• Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Verkauf hochwertiger Produkte oder Services sowie dem Aufbau und der Pflege der entsprechenden Kundenbeziehungen
• Starke Orientierung an der Erreichung von quantitativen und qualitativen Zielen
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Kundenbindungsprogramm
• Professionelle, teamorientierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit
• Routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office
• Gepflegte Ausdrucksweise in sehr gutem Deutsch und Englisch
