The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and was designed by the well-known designer Alfredo Häberli. It offers 123 rooms, exciting conference facilities and plenty of space for stories and adventures. In the RIBELLI restaurant, everything revolves around genuine Italian cuisine: from pizza and oven dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. In typical 25hours style, the service is informal and personal. We are a young team and love our “you” culture mixed with good manners

How does your working day look like

• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You’ll make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception, and that the admin processes for the team run perfectly
• You step in for the Front Office Manager when she/ he is away

You've completed hospitality training, gained leadership experience at the front office, and speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are advantageous
