Job Description

• Direct support and deputizing for the Accounts Payable Process Manager
• Assisting in the coordination of cooperation between Implenia and external service providers
• Processing of special cases, reminders and debt collection in the area of accounts payable.
• Assistance with change projects and automation initiatives
• Problem-solving measures internally/externally in the area of accounts payable

The Successful Applicant

• Commercial education with further training in finance and accounting and/or project/process management is an advantage
• Mandatory several years of experience in an accounts payable department with invoice workflow
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Excel
• Very good written and spoken German, French an advantage
• Solution-oriented thinking, independent working style and good assertiveness
• Distinctive diplomatic appearance, high level of initiative and strong conceptual skills
• Very good technical understanding
