Job Description

• Process and record incoming invoices (Accounts Payable)
• Create and issue outgoing invoices (Accounts Receivable)
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Track incoming and outgoing payments
• Assist with monthly and annual closings
• General administrative duties

The Successful Applicant

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification with additional training in accounting
• Experience in accounts payable and receivable
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Excellent command of German and good knowledge of English, French is a plus
• Precise and organized working style
• Adaptable and flexible
