For our client, a financial institution in Basel, we are looking for a dynamic and energetic Assistant to join and support the team in their Innovation hub for a duration of 12 months.
Job Description
- Coordinate calendars in multiple time-zones
- Scheduling internal and external meetings
- Preparing and editing documents, presentations and reports
- Assist in the coordination of strategic projects
- Provide general administrative support as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Fresh graduate from higher education
- First experiences in startup environment pref. Fintech is a clear plus
- Eager to learn
- IT savvy
- Fluent in English
- Strong team player
