Responsibilities:
Supporting the accounting staff in financial accounting with technical issues, operational support if required
evaluate and analyse financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to senior management
prepare comprehensive financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends. Present findings to senior management
collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage the group budget. Monitor budget adherence and recommend corrective actions
financial reporting, and other accounting functions to enhance efficiency
develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines to ensure compliance
identify and mitigate financial risks by applying company policies and procedures
Qualifications/requirements:
Qualified as Swiss GAAP FER, further education as CAS Accounting and Controlling or equal is a benefit
3-5 years proven experience as an Accountant and Business Controller
Excellent knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4
German as mother language, at least C1 English level (spoken and written), Chinese is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with industry-specific accounting practices
